Logging In to iAgri#

To access your iAgri account, go to the login page and enter your email address and password.

Two-Step Verification#

For your security, iAgri uses two-step verification (also known as two-factor authentication or 2FA) to protect your account. Two-step verification drastically reduces the chances of your account being compromised because an attacker has to both your account credentials and also have access to you email to be able to log into your account.

First Time or New Device#

When you log in for the first time or from a new device:

1. Enter your email address and password.

2. Click Login.

3. A 4-digit verification code will be sent to your registered email address.

4. Check your email for the verification code.

5. Enter the 4-digit code on the verification screen.

6. Optional: Check “Remember this device for 30 days” to skip verification on this device for the next 30 days.

7. Click Verify to complete your login.

The verification code will expire after 10 minutes. If it expires, you will need to log in again to receive a new code.

Returning on a Remembered Device#

If you previously selected “Remember this device for 30 days” when logging in:

1. Enter your email address and password.
2. Click Login.
3. You will be logged in immediately without needing to enter a verification code.

Your device will remain remembered for 30 days from your last login. After 30 days, you will need to complete two-step verification again.

Troubleshooting#

I didn’t receive the verification code email

• Check your spam or junk mail folder.
• Wait a few minutes - sometimes email delivery can be delayed.
• If you still don’t receive it, try logging in again to request a new code.

My verification code expired

• Verification codes are valid for 10 minutes.
• Simply return to the login page and log in again to receive a new code.

I can’t access my email

• Contact iAgri technical support for assistance with account access.
